From day one, 1918kiss was built on a principle that has never changed: to provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment experience for every Malaysian user, regardless of their background or experience level.
1918kiss is more than just a name in Malaysia's online entertainment industry — it's a brand that has accompanied hundreds of thousands of users through countless exciting moments for over eight years. Our journey began with a simple yet meaningful vision: to build a digital space where Malaysian players can enjoy themselves with peace of mind, free from concerns about the security of their funds or the fairness of the games they play.
In the early days, we launched operations with a focus on slot games and live casino. The response we received far exceeded our expectations. Users from across Malaysia — from Johor Bahru to Kota Kinabalu, from Penang to Kuching — began registering and making 1918kiss their platform of choice. It was the trust shown by these early users that drove us to keep growing and improving the platform over time.
Today, 1918kiss is a fully integrated entertainment platform. We offer sports betting across more than 30 global sports categories, interactive bingo, live casino with real dealers, video slots from the world's leading providers, and much more. All of this can be enjoyed via web browser or our lightweight, fast mobile app — optimized for Malaysian connections.
What we take the most pride in is not just the technical advantages of our platform, but the close relationship we've built with our user community. Member feedback is taken seriously — many of our platform's features today came directly from user suggestions. This is how we show that 1918kiss is more than a company operating for profit; it's a community that grows together.
When it comes to security, we never cut corners. All deposit and withdrawal transactions at 1918kiss are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by leading banking institutions. User personal data is stored in accordance with international data protection standards and is never shared with third parties without user consent. Our identity verification (KYC) process isn't there to inconvenience you — it's there to ensure every account is legitimate and your funds stay safe at all times.
On the payments front, we understand the diverse needs of Malaysian users. 1918kiss supports deposits and withdrawals via FPX, local bank transfers, digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, and cryptocurrency for those who prefer extra privacy. Our withdrawal processing times are among the fastest in the industry — most requests are completed within 15 minutes to one hour.
We are also deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe entertainment should stay as entertainment — not become a burden. That's why 1918kiss offers daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, and the option to set self-exclusion breaks for anyone who needs them. Our support team is always ready to assist any member who needs guidance in managing their gaming habits.
Looking ahead, 1918kiss will continue to invest in technology, new content, and an even better user experience. We are developing new features to be announced soon — ones we're confident will raise the standard of online entertainment in Malaysia even further. Thank you for being part of this journey. Without you, 1918kiss would just be another website. With you, it's a living, growing community.
